If you'd like to return an item for a refund, we accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in as-new condition. If the item is returned in an unsaleable state, we reserve the right to withhold a refund, and the item may not be returned to you.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at enquiries@manehairproducts.com with your order number to request a return. We will confirm whether your item is eligible for refund based on the 14-day return window.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved and a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Where to Send Returns

Please send your return using the original packaging and a tracked shipping service.

Make sure your original packing slip or a note with your order number is included in the parcel. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit without tracking.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email to confirm receipt and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. In most cases, this will happen sooner.
